A. We partner with 72Lux and a number of reputable, authorized retailers to provide you with a seamless user experience entirely within our website. All retailers are specified on the product page so you can know where the product is shipping from prior to purchasing it. They will also be specified in the order confirmation email we send you after you have submitted your order.

Q. How do I track my order?

A. Each retailer will send you an order confirmation email followed by an email with the tracking information. The system usually takes up to 48 hours to generate the tracking code for you. If you have any questions about the code please contact the retailer directly and reference the order number in the confirmation email.
